The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests we had. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
The breakfast buffet could have had more variety for a 5-star rated hotel. It would have been nice to see a wider selection of items to choose from.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Odessa that truly exceeded my expectations. the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, as it is situated in the center of the city, close to all the main attractions and the famous Opera House. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and soak up the vibrant atmosphere. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their attention to detail and level of service really added to the overall experience. Lastly, I was impressed by the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, complete with a cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast selection, which made for a perfect start to each day.
Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The cleanliness was really good, with super clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, as it was close to the center of the city, great to easily explore everything the city had to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The included breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of menu items to choose from. it was a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay here, with exclusive amenities like the private facilities that were fulfilled during our whole visit. the service was beyond luxurious, with friendly and efficient staff available at all times. Our spacious room had numerous advantages, with exclusive and modern furnishings, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. the bar and lounge area were cozy, and we appreciated the live entertainment. the location was very convenient, within walking distance from most tourist spots.
Our only minor issue was the lack of a leisure/TV room. this was easily resolved by spending more time in the bar and lounge area or exploring the city instead.

I had the most luxurious stay at a design hotel in the heart of the city. The attention to detail in the interior design was really good, creating a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. My room, complete with a kitchen and veranda, was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large bathroom was a true indulgence. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the opera theater. The staff, from the doormen to the reception, were all professional and friendly, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Breakfast, included in my stay, offered a nice selection of menu items. Valeria, in particular, was helpful in arranging airport transportation for me. I would highly recommend this luxury hotel for anyone visiting the city.

I stayed at a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. It was close to the center and just a short walk from the Opera House. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a nice selection of items. I also enjoyed the peaceful view from the veranda.
There was a lack of ironing facilities, which was a bit surprising.

Exceptionally beautiful interior design, quiet area but central. Quick room service. Friendly staff at the reception and welcome area. Nice, clean and fresh rooms. Lovely balcony. Location close to park, health trail, bars, restaurants, and sights.
